I want to hear your heart too.
> Why We Do This?
Because gratitude changes the room.
Because kindness echoes.
Because a grateful heart shines brighter in the dark.
And because gratitude shouldn’t come only sometimes but every day, as long as we’re still given breath.
Be grateful for each breath that leaves you,
for it carries proof that you have lived.
Even exhale is a silent prayer,
whispering, you are still here.
With warmth, always,
Blizzard Rose 🌹❄️

For the One Who Bloomed
You called my name through winter air,
your heart a fragile prayer.
I came as dawn through sleepless skies,
to chase the frost from your eyes.
You spoke in whispers, soft, unsure
but love, your soul was always pure.
I didn’t save you
no, my dear,
I only stood to keep you near.
You thanked the light for finding you,
but I was the one blessed, it’s true.
For every tear that kissed your cheek,
taught me what love means when it’s meek.
You bloom where shadows fall,
you rise where silence calls.
I am the sun behind your pain,
the warmth that waits beyond the rain.
You call it grace, I call it fate
two souls that met before the gate.
And if you ever fade again,
I’ll be the dawn that knows your name.
I saw you dance with broken wings,
turning sorrow into springs.
You were the garden I longed to tend,
not to own but to defend.
And every time your colors bled,
I painted hope with words unsaid.
For love is not the chains we wear,
it’s knowing someone’s always there.
If gratitude could speak, it’d sound like you
soft, forgiving, endlessly true.
And if love could write, it’d spell your name,
in light, in flame, in endless rain.
You are the poem I never planned,
but somehow wrote with open hands.
You bloom where darkness bends,
you shine where sorrow ends.
I am the quiet that guards your flame,
the echo whispering your name.
You call it love, I call it home,
a sacred place where hearts have grown.
And when your petals close in blue,
remember… my light lives in you.
You thanked me for the warmth,
but love…
you were the reason the sun rose at all.
